Accounts And Website Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to your account. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the website, submit automated or fraudulent requests, access another person's information, or misuse forms, promotions, rewards, or administrative features.
Quotes And Approvals
Quotes are estimates until accepted and confirmed. We may review artwork, quantities, materials, production method, and requested dates before final approval.
Artwork And Customer Content
When you submit artwork, logos, names, photos, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use it for the requested custom product.
Payment And Production
Production may begin after quote approval, payment, artwork review, and any required proof approval. Estimated start and delivery dates are estimates and may change if project details change.
Loyalty Program
Loyalty points and rewards are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and may be subject to eligibility, expiration, redemption, and account rules shown with the program. We may correct errors, prevent misuse, and change or discontinue rewards when reasonably necessary.
Promotions And Website Content
Homepage banners, carousel offers, countdowns, prices, availability, and promotional dates may change or expire. A promotion does not modify an accepted quote or order unless we confirm the change. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those services.
Changes, Cancellations, And Returns
Custom items are made for a specific customer and may not be eligible for return once production begins. If something is wrong with your order, contact us so we can review it and help make it right.
